Program: Health-Related Communities (HIV/AIDS/Cancer)

The Health Program of the Online Policy Group (OPG) focuses on online policy issues of concern to the various health-related communities, such as people with HIV, AIDS, cancer, and other maladies.

Projects
The Health Program includes the following projects:

Caduceus symbol
Online Service Provider Assessment (OSPA) project (health-related component)
Ensuring access to materials about HIV, AIDS, cancer, and other health issues, and access for people with HIV, AIDS, cancer, and other health-related communities on the Internet
Health-Related SWAT Team
Responding to online defamation against HIV, AIDS, cancer, and other health-related communities.
Safe Schools and Libraries project (health-related component)
Ensuring that students with HIV, AIDS, cancer, or other health-related issues, as well as all other people, have fair and safe access to educational materials.
Free Internet Services for Health-Related Communities
Free Internet services (email list hosting, website hosting, domain registration, and colocation services) by and for individuals and groups in health-related communities.
